The site will feature a mix of studios, workshops, containers, and all new Lock Up Studios, creating space for artists, makers, musicians, and independent businesses. Tucked away on one of Bristol’s most historic streets, 36 King Street offers five floors of clean, modern office space with a professional yet creative edge. Just moments from Queen Square and the harbourside, it is ideal for start-ups and growing teams wanting flexibility without the fuss.
Lincoln Street Warehouse
A 10,000 sq ft, two-storey warehouse with an industrial feel and strong community roots. Now fully in use by the great Pirate Studios, home to soundproofed rehearsal spaces.
Situated in Manchester, Pollard Yard is a vibrant container yard bringing together artists, designers, makers, and independent brands. Built from repurposed shipping containers, it is a lively, community-led space with studios, workshops, and creative businesses all under one roof.
Just a short walk from Cardiff Central, Meanwhile House is a two-storey creative hub with studios, offices, and maker cabins. One of our longest-running sites, it remains a key part of Cardiff’s independent scene. Next door, Cardiff Containers is our first container workspace, now home to over 100 creatives and small businesses in total.
The Coal Shed is a two-storey warehouse in the heart of Southville, offering boutique-style accommodation with a creative twist. It features a five-bedroom hostel and two loft apartments, ideal for group stays, creative residencies, or celebrations, with exclusive hire available.
